The Food screen in Stacks: calories left, protein, carbs and fat against the day's targets, and the meals logged so far.

Targets from a known method

Calories and macros start from the Mifflin-St Jeor estimate, adjusted for activity and goal. The same calculation runs in the calorie calculator on this site.

Food from an open database

Search Open Food Facts, scan a barcode, or create a food by hand. Quantities are entered in grams or in portions.

Recipes for repeat meals

A meal eaten often is saved once as a recipe, then added again in one tap. Meals can also be added to past days.

Today on the home screen

The Today widget shows calories remaining and the current streak and, in its medium size, the day's protein, carbs and fat.

A review every week

Average calories per day, weight change, training volume and number of sessions, brought together at the end of each week.
